We had a lovely stopover at the buzzing Houw Hoek Padstal, known for its freshly baked pies, sausage rolls, and a wide variety of homemade treats. And off course a lovely cup of coffee. The shelves are filled with fresh breads, farm-style scones, sweet pastries, and biscuits, along with locally made jams, pickled jars, chutneys, and spicy chillies aswell as selected fresh fruit and vegetables etc.
